What are your fees?

Please contact me and I will send you a price list based on your needs. My fees range from $450 to $3000 per shoot and I am willing to work within your budget.

What do I wear?

Please ask me about clothing for your particular shoot. A senior portrait will be different from corporate, and a family shoot will be different from a lifestyle shoot. However this will give you a basic guideline as to what to wear:

This is a photo shoot about YOU and what you do so we want to reflect your personal style and personality! We are telling your story through photographs and creating a shoot experience where you feel good and confident. Clothing is very important so let’s think about how you want people to see who you are!

Please lay out at least 3 outfits because we want several different looks for you and we want to have options.  Have your clothes ready on hangers so we don’t need to iron.

Women:

No frilly/lacy tops and nothing too low cut. Please make sure you have the correct undergarments (slip, nude bra, no straps showing!)

Stay away from shiny fabric.  No logos or very thin pinstripes.

I love color and pattern but your looks depends on your image, so we will talk about what you need. Are you classic? Romantic? Boho?

Makeup---Eyeliner and mascara is a must.  Foundation is great too but I bring powder in case you have a bit of shine.  If you choose to have hair or makeup done, less is more and make sure it looks like you!  Stylebee will do hair and makeup and will come to you.  https://www.stylebee.com

Most makeup counters will do your makeup for free if you make an appointment and buy at least one item.  Halo and Dry Bar open early if you have an early shoot. I can arrange for my makeup artist  to come to you so let me know what you prefer.

Make sure you brush and floss your teeth before the shoot.  Bring your own comb or brush.

Make sure your nails are either painted or bare-no chips!

Jewelry-I like a little jewelry although you may choose not to wear any at all.  Simple earrings or necklace is ok but nothing too bold.

Men:

For classic but casual shots, it’s best to wear a button down--not stark white but either a pastel or a darker tone.  Checks and wide stripes are ok but pinstripes do not work in photos.  Stay away from bold patterns and/or logos. Pockets are ok.  If you wear an undershirt, make sure it does not show.

A jacket is good as an option for layering--sports coat, pea coat or leather jacket).  Sweaters work well too.

For more casual shots I like jeans and either a button down (untucked) or a plain t-shirt.  Black, grey and blue work best but white can be good depending on where we shoot.

Bring a couple pairs of shoes.

Make sure you brush and floss your teeth before the shoot.

Make sure your nails are clipped and clean.

Bring your own comb or brush.

Be well rested.  This will show in the photos!
