I much prefer to photograph a family with a baby and very young children in their own homes. There is something comforting, cinematic and documentary about the style. We always need to get the “everyone looking at the camera” shots but my faves are the everyday FEELING, emotive photos that can only be captured when the family lets me in as this family did.

Another fun family photo shoot with this adorable couple and their first baby. This was especially fun for me since I did their engagement photos not too long ago and now they have a beautiful baby girl!

What a beautiful Fall day with a beautiful family of 3! And one baby on the way. I love the color scheme they chose-creams, burnt oranges, browns, florals make for a great autumn palette.
